DELIVERY
When your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking reference and a link to our shipping provider's website where you can track your order.
We ship all orders on the same business day.

If you have not received your order, please contact our customer support (support@21degreesclo.com) so that we can submit an investigation request to our shipping provider.
Please note that DHL usually takes 2-3 weeks to ship within Germany and 4-6 weeks outside of Germany.

If part of your address is missing or there is a typo in the address, please contact our customer support (support@21degreesclo.com).
However, we can only change the delivery address if the package has not yet been sent to the shipping service provider.
If the package is already on its way, you have the option of changing your address yourself using the tracking link. The tracking link is in the shipping confirmation.

It is always the buyer who pays the additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. RETURN
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
In order for a return to be considered, the product must be in its original condition and undamaged.
You can cancel orders from Germany and return them to us within 14 days of receipt.
If you want to exchange an item, you can send it back and simply order it again. We are of course also happy to help with guarantee or warranty cases.
Please note that we can only take back unused items in their original packaging. Be careful not to remove labels or stain items. The goods must not show any signs of use.
Please do not send the product back to us freight forwarded or uninsured! The customer bears the shipping costs of the return. We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Please have a return receipt issued and keep it in a safe place so that you can prove your return in the event of a loss.
If your product has defects or errors, we would be happy to receive a note that describes them as precisely as possible.
Once your return arrives at our logistics center, your return will be processed accordingly.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
The best thing to do is to return the first order you placed and place a new order.
When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email informing them of the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to the customer's original payment method shortly thereafter.

Washing instructions:
- Please wash at 30 degrees for easy care and do not use fabric softener.
- When washing and ironing, turn inside out and do not tumble dry.
- Wash with similar colors.
You can also find the care instructions on the respective care label, which is located on the seam of the garment.
